Because large format is all we do, our technical resources are 100% focused on offering the very best levels of dedicated system support.
Our engineers all have many years of experience working on the installation, repair and even production of, large format solvent print equipment. In fact the cumulative experience of our engineering team adds up to well over 100 years of hands-on expertise.
Comprehensive 'all inclusive' extended warranty, one price with no hidden extras.
Your Uniform Warranty Pack includes an all inclusive on-site service for 12 Months. This warranty covers the total cost of all parts and labour, including the printheads which many alternative and more expensive warranty providers exclude from their on-site warranty cover.
Full telephone support is included, and in the unlikely event of a system breakdown that cannot be rectified over the telephone, a fully qualified large format system engineer will visit your premises with the relevant parts to get your Uniform printer up and running again.
Our Fair Play Policy: We pride ourselves on the ‘all inclusive’ nature of our warranty, and we try to give our customers the ‘benefit of the doubt’ whenever possible. In certain instances common sense dictates that we cannot cover parts damaged through neglect, incorrect system use, or other forms of accidental damage caused by the operator. We have to reserve the right to charge for parts, at our discretion, in such instances. |
